Flawless Beauty Bar Policies
At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Flawless Beauty Bar experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Flawless Beauty Bar
In order to reserve an appointment a credit or debit card will be held on file.. The card will not be charged until after your services has be completed.
To get a wax service for the “first time”, your hair will need to be at least the “length of a grain of rice” or let the hair grow out for at least “2 weeks after shaving.”
Late Policy
Each client will have a “10-minute” grace period to arrive after their scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be later than 10 minutes call or text Flawless Beauty Bar to reschedule or cancel. (arriving after 10-minute grace period will result in a rescheduling of your appointment and will not be guaranteed that you will be seen that day) ( a charge of 50% can be added to your service total with discretion of your scheduled tech)
Cancellation Policy
Every client have 24hrs before your appointment to cancel at no charge. If cancelled within your 24hr period, your card held on file will be charged 50% of your total service booked (if no card is on file you would have to pay the 50% of the cancelled before you can be scheduled)
No Show Policy
Client will receive 2 reminders email & text prior to an appointment:
1.) after appointment is scheduled online.
2.) 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
If a client is a no show, (ex.: no contact made via phone text or email before appointment) the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 6-hour notice is needed to be rescheduled. If rescheduling “within” 6 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Invalid card on file Policy
If credit card on file is declined to any of the charges mentioned above, an invoice will be sent via email. The invoice will need to be paid within 48 hrs, and failure of payment within the time frame, will result in a decline appointment for future services.
